The Beatmatic project got off the ground a few years ago with the first single "The Final Countdown", a cover of the hit song by Europe. With their new single "With You Again", Beatmatic proposes a track with the characteristic sound of sung Italian House. The single represents another collaboration between producers Simon Maccari and Ciccio (pronounced "chichio") Terrana and singer Pamela Falcon.

Pamela Falcon is an artist who can boast of a variety of experiences in house music in addition to a rich background as a vocalist for artists of such calibre as Antrax, Paul McCartney (Wings), B.O.C., Richie Havens, Cheap Trick and Rainbow as well as roles in many important musicals on tour throughout Europe. Originally from N.Y., Pamela has lived in Germany for the past several years.

Italy, or more precisely Carpi near Modena, is home to the studio of her producers Simon Maccari and Ciccio Terrana (Ziiozoo Team). In recent years, the pair have unleashed a notable series of dance products which have made a name for themselves worldwide, including "Just an Illusion" (Illusion), "I Say a Little Prayer" (D.M. Johnson) and "Beats Go" (Bass Expanders) to mention but a few, conceived after the team's original collaboration with Black Box which lasted several years.

"With You Again" is also obtaining excellent responses in various world markets. So far, this single has been released in the following countries: Italy, Russia, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Poland, Canada, Scandinavia, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Island, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, U.S.A. & Puerto Rico.

Pamela, Simon and Ciccio are already getting ready to go back into the studio to start work on the future of the Beatmatic project. Good news for Pamela, who really loves visiting Italy to record new tracks, least of which because she makes no secret of her passion for Italian food and dance clubs.

The latest to hit the dance music scene comes from the melodic voice of Melody Castellari, who was born in one of the most famous and important cultural and gastronomic cities in Italy, Bologna, in 1975.

Her lightening career on the music scene took off at a tender young age: at 8, she started by singing children's songs and, at only 13, went on to have great success singing "live" in clubs and disco-pubs all around her home town. At 15, still just a teenager, her adventures in the professional world of dance music began when she recorded a number of songs which were all great successes, including one on the dance cover of The Cranberries, "Zombie".

Currently, Melody is promoting her CD single "You Are My Destiny", plus the fantastic "I Don't Know Why", and by adding her own personal touch creates a great new dance version of "My Way", the song made world-famous by Frank 'the voice' Sinatra.

Melody is set to surely have great success with her singing career - her new romantic songs and amazing voice say it all!

Surama de Castro (heaven knows where the K came from) is Brazilian from Maranhão. She moved to USA trying to succeed professionally there, like many Brazilians do, working as fashion model and actress. It was while modeling in Italy that she met the chairman of Warner Music Italy, who liked her and introduced Surama to the producer Antonio Summa. Summa decided to produce her, and her debut song was "Save Up All Your Tears", that was recorded with Surama's voice plus two backing vocalists (and that's why its vocals sound different from the other tracks of the album). This song flopped in Italy, and the production team gave it up. The song started playing in Brazil in 1996, and soon became a hit licensed to two Brazilian labels, Paradoxx and Fieldzz. Both labels asked him for a new song to put in their compilations, and that's how "Remember" came out.

The debut album of Surama-K comes as a drop of water in the desert of productions that dance music is facing today. For the buyers of the "Yesterday & Today", the first tip is Surama's version of "My Heart Will Go On". The second song is "I Want You Into My Life", followed by "Remember", both good songs released as singles. The album version of "Save Up All Your Tears" is a little bit different from the one.

Besides the singles, the album also has some surprises, like the euro tracks "Breathe" and "Hedonism". The other tracks are reggae or a part of the music infected by the Brazilian dance scene.

Surama-K is a promising act, and her songs have got the groove a good commercial song must have!
